Who runs this website

KL City Centre Project (klcc-newproperty.com) is an independent property listing website run by me, Mak Siew Chin, a registered real estate negotiator (REN 71298) with IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, a licensed real estate agency. This is not the official website of any developer, and it does not claim to represent or replace any developer's own website.

What I do

I share information about new residential projects in Kuala Lumpur City Centre so buyers can compare them in one place. If you contact me, I can send you e-brochures and floor plans, and arrange a showroom viewing.

• I am not the developer of any of these projects, and this is not their official sales website.
• I do not take bookings, deposits or payments through this website. Any purchase, booking fee or payment is made under the developer's official sales process and paperwork.
• I do not publish prices on this website. Prices, availability and purchase terms are always subject to the developer's final confirmation.

Check my licence

Real estate negotiators and agencies in Malaysia are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPPEH / BOVAEP). You can check my REN number (REN 71298) and IQI Realty Sdn Bhd's registration [E (1) 1584] with the Board before you deal with me.
